Job Responsibilities：
1. Set goals for each position, and lead the team to achieve performance targets.
2. Responsible for the establishment and management of the Hong Kong company, including the establishment of company system, personnel recruitment and training, work performance evaluation, etc.
3. Responsible for docking with domestic entrusted service agencies and team management to ensure the smooth development of domestic business.
4. Responsible for product market research and customer development, formulation and implementation of marketing plans.
